Remedial and sports massage for people carrying the physical cost of high-pressure lives. Locked shoulders. Tension headaches. A body that hasn't properly switched off in months.

Massage therapy directly downregulates the sympathetic nervous system, increasing parasympathetic tone — the rest-and-digest state your body needs to repair. It's not a luxury. It's maintenance.

RFU Level 3 coach with an England Rugby Advanced Coaching Scholarship and deep roots in both English and New Zealand rugby. Currently coaching at Richmond FC.
